Ordering Products

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HEYDUDE reserves the right to accept or reject your order based on:

Payment authorization;
Anti-fraud review and other security considerations.

Typical order processing takes between 1-3 business days. Delivery estimates range from 7-12 business days. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please submit your return request within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and unaltered;
In their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or not what was ordered. Please contact HEYDUDE support via quwehannah@gmail.com to receive a return authorization before sending items back.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, credited to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. If you request cancellation after this window, the order may have already begun processing, and cancellation might no longer be possible.
