HEYDUDE processes most orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During major holidays or special promotional events, please expect slight delays in processing time.
Shipping Duration and Delivery
Once your order leaves our facility, typical transit time is between 7 and 12 business days. Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to destination, customs procedures, or carrier operations.
Shipping Fees

Tracking Your Shipment
When your package ships, HEYDUDE will provide tracking information. Allow a short grace period for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at quwehannah@gmail.com.
Returns and Refunds
- You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return items.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- After HEYDUDE receives and inspects the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days.
